Description
A set of 2 barrel adapter rings with 4 carbide measuring balls customized for one barrel Ø for A-221 Target. Used for alignment/straightness (self-centering) and checking barrel wear. For bores from Ø1.50-2.16 in. (Ø38-55 mm) bores. Customer provides bore Ø.

Features
- Customized measuring legs machined to a specific length for 1 extruder bore.
- Measuring Legs insert quickly into A-221LTA for easy assembly and fast alignments.
- Self-centers the A-221 Target into the bore to .0005 in. (0.013 mm) accuracy.
- One ring can be reconfigured to allow the adapter to measure barrel wear when used with the S-1403 Bore9 Software.
- Takes 5 seconds to take a bore alignment measurement.

Bore Diameter Variation Range:
Will accommodate ±.040 in. (±1 mm) bore diameter variance and still accurately self-center.
