The S-640 Coupling Alignment System has been our coupling alignment workhorse for over 10 years. It was the first system to have a simultaneous 4-axis live display of the misalignment and the first to run on a laptop computer. It has field-proven durability with newly redesigned electronics that offer submicron (.00002") resolution, color software and redesigned brackets that are even faster to set up. It is the perfect system for the user who does not need the features of a high-end unit but demands accuracy, simplicity, quality and durability in a mid-level coupling alignment system.

The S-640 can dynamically measure and adjust the alignment of almost any motor-pump configuration and size, from small 5 hp motors to the biggest electric motors available. It’s 4-Axis Live Alignment Screen feature means you don’t have to retake data when switching from the vertical to the horizontal stage of the alignment. Other features, such as large color graphics, soft-foot routine, vertical pump, uncoupled alignment and nearly unlimited storage of alignment reports, mean the S-640 is the perfect tool for almost any standard coupling alignment application.
