Our 50 years of alignment experience went into the design of the L-703 Self-Centering Bore Alignment System that makes checking the alignment and concentricity of bores much easier and much faster:

  • Easy-to-use, patented self-centering bore adapters only require 1 measurement per bore.  No 0º and 180º measurements at each location!
  • Setup < 15 minutes; bore alignment data can often be analyzed in 30 minutes or less.
  • Industry’s highest range of bore diameters: Our targets and adapters can easily measure bore diameters from .25 to 40 in. (10 to 1,000 mm).
  • Industry’s highest measurement resolution of .00002 in. (0.0005 mm) and highest accuracy to ±.0001 in. in 10 ft (±0.0025 mm in 3 m).
  • Use our simple R-1307B X-Y Readouts or add optional Windows-based Bore9 Software to record data, analyze results and produce reports.
  • Many different target options, including: self-centering, see-through, spherical bearing, half-bore and large range to fit almost any bore alignment application.
  • Several laser mounting options, including: external on a floor stand, internal using self-centering bore adapters and gearbox mounts.
