S-680 SHAFT ALIGNMENT SYSTEM

A new generation of 5-axis, stealth series shaft alignment systems.

The S-680 is a next-generation shaft alignment laser system and part of the new Stealth Series developed by Hamar Laser and distributed by Hyatt Industries.

The S-680 uses the latest in super linear PSD technology, wireless communication and innovative design to offer the most feature-rich, accurate and reasonably priced system on the market today. With over 40 years of laser alignment innovation, our systems can easily be used by the most inexperianced millwright but are also highly advanced for the most experienced users

  • Wireless Communication : Bluetooth or Digi wireless communication from the target to PDA or PC with up to 33' (10M) range.

  • Super-Linear PSD Detector Techology: 2-axis super-linear PSD technology provides 0.5 micron resolution with a measuring range of 30mm (v) x 10mm (h).

  • 4-Axis Live Move Screen: All 4 alignment axes continuously update at the same time.

  • Lithium Polymer Batteries: Laser and target use the latest in lithium polymer battery technology, which offers the industry's longest wireless battery life.

  • Latest Electronic Design: Both laser and target are newly-designed and incorporate the most sophisticated electronics available.

  • Auto Sweep Data Taking Mode; A standard feature, making coupled and uncoupled alignment a snap. Built-in accelermeter detects movement and automaticlly sends data to the software without pushing any buttons.

  • Upgraded Brackets: Bracket kit comes with enough chain to align 1" (25mm) to 12" (300mm) diameter shafts. Comes with 4" (100mm) 6" (150mm), 8" (200mm) and 12" (300mm) posts. Use our optional PT Adapter Bracket and use the S-680 on Pruftechnik's standard brackets.

  • Ruggedized PDA or PC Platform: Choice of PDA, laptop or tablet PC options.
